Area array SPAD chip series

The area array SPAD chip is an area array high-resolution receiving sensor chip based on the self-developed high-performance single photon avalanche diode (SPAD). The chip is designed using the patented BSI SPAD process and has the advantages of high PDE and low crosstalk. The chip has a built-in ASIC circuit and is equipped with related light sources to complete the Flash all-solid-state laser radar product. The product is designed and verified according to automotive pre-installation standards and developed in accordance with AEC-Q and ISO26262 functional safety standards. It is the first automotive-grade area array SPAD put into production in China.
The relevant technical indicators of the product have reached the international leading standards, and cooperation with several laser radar manufacturers has begun on all-solid-state laser radar products.
Product use: widely used in various all-solid-state laser radar products.

Linear array SPAD chip series

The linear array SPAD chip is a multi-line photon receiving chip based on the self-developed high-performance single photon avalanche diode (SPAD), with multiple specifications such as 128 lines and 256 lines. The chip is designed using the patented BSI SPAD process, with advantages such as high PDE and low crosstalk. The chip has a built-in ASIC circuit and can directly output digital signals. Compared with the SiPM system, it can eliminate many peripheral amplifiers, TDC and other circuits/devices, making it an upgraded product using the SiPM system.
The chip supports industrial and automotive standards, and supports low-reflection object ranging up to hundreds of meters.
Product use: widely used in various mechanical laser radars and vehicle-mounted hybrid solid-state laser radar products.

Single-line SPAD chip series

The single-line SPAD chip is a laser ranging chip based on the direct time-of-flight method (dToF). The chip uses self-developed high-performance single-photon avalanche diodes (SPADs) and patented signal acquisition and processing technologies, integrates hundreds of effective SPAD arrays, has a built-in laser driver, supports temperature detection and automatic distance compensation, and can achieve high-precision distance measurement of tens of meters.
The product has the characteristics of high detection efficiency, high ranging accuracy, strong resistance to ambient light, high integration, and low power consumption.
Product use: Widely used in various medium and short-range dToF laser radar products, including: sweeper laser radar, indoor robot laser radar, industrial detection/detection laser radar, low-speed unmanned vehicle laser radar, drone height measurement radar, etc.

Single-point dToF chip

The single-point dToF chip is an ultra-small, chip-level distance measurement product. The chip integrates a micro lens, a single-photon avalanche diode (SPAD) receiving array, and a VCSEL laser transmitter. Using the independently developed SPAD and unique acquisition and processing technology, it can accurately measure the distance of objects of different materials and different reflectivity in different environments.
The sensor integrates a microcontroller and corresponding algorithms, uses a single power supply and is easy to integrate. It does not require additional light source support and has good resistance to sunlight interference and cover plate dirt.
Product use: Widely used in robot obstacle avoidance, material level/liquid level detection, image focus, precise distance measurement, proximity sensing and other distance detection fields.
